Dont recommend anyone getting any work done there go to Walmart automotive, r and r tire, Chavez tire they will do way better work than there and you will save money. These people don't do anything right they destroy your wheels, destroy your car/truck and they charge a lot. I am a mechanic and a tech I see and inspect everything. I have had nothing but bad experiences going here.

Store TXM03, 1001 Rankin Hwy, Midland, Texas. I must commend your employee, Mason for hanging with me and delivering what I consider superlative customer service on a complicated and difficult transaction. I ordered, for my wife, a set of tires for her MB, online. Mason reached out to tell us these particular tires were on a national backorder. I went to the store he walked me thru and found us some that were probably better (Michelins) and less expensive. Now the difficulties really start... Before we could make it in for our appointment, my wife had not one, but two un-repairable and non-drivable flat tires. Since these are "Run Flat" sites, there was no spare. I took the first one in and he fixed it, I took it and installed it on her car, (this was on a Saturday), on Sunday, there was yet another one. I brought it in, new tire mounted quick enough for me to pick it up, put it on, bring it to the store, have the other two installed by the end of the day. The spousal unit was elated! Thank you guys very much, especially Mason.
P.S. Give the man a promotion if he wants one.

I have been happier with this discount tire than others until today. They called and said the tire was in, bring the car down, they had time to install it. I arrived, three bays were open. Shortly after I arrived, they had a rush of people. They passed me by. No one said a word. After 45 minutes I inquired. They said it would be another hour and 15 minutes because I didn’t have an appointment even though THEY CALLED ME and said to BRING THE CAR IN. I can’t express how disappointed I am in their lack of consideration. Just communicate with your customers.

Need to get people that know what they are doing when looking for a tire. I needed a 17.5 tire for a trailer, could not get any help. These kids dont even know how to write their name. Discount Tire needs to train their sellers. I need a tire, but the tire store couldn’t get me one. I would rate negative 5 stars!!!

I went to the Discount Tire store on Andrews HWY and Cuthbert on
8/15/ 2024 they did an awesome job on my 2015 Mustang I had them replace the tire pressure sensors I had been getting errors on them so I had them do all 4 tires they was finished with it in around an hour. I don't trust to many people with my car and they did a fantastic job.

They will do anything not to replace a tire on warranty at this location. I NEVER have issues elsewhere BUT this store every single time withing the last 6 years

July 26th, 2024. Low tire, screw in tire. Once again Discount Tire guys took care of me. UPDATE: Oct. 25th, 2023. I always go to Discount Tire. Caleb did a great job. He has integrity and a perfect fit at Discount Tire. Very knowledgeable. Midland has nails, etc., in the roads. I had a flat tire. Tires were new. Caleb replaced the tire. As usual, a great job done. Thank you Caleb at Andrews Highway location.
