This is the best experience I have ever had renting a storage unit. Melinda is friendly, courteous, and very helpful even anticipating my needs before I even think of them. She is wonderful and is making me transition to Midland so much easier.

Brian. The on-site manager. Was excellent. He answered all of my questions. He was courteous. His demeanor was delightful. If you need a spot to store what you can't at the house. I definitely recommend discount storage. They even let you use a trailer as part of the initial rental. To help get your stuff to the location. And. Unlike other storage spots. They even let you use the dumpster.

Jesse was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The start-up process was fast and efficient. The facilities are nice, well-maintained and I feel to be very secure. No complaints so far and Jesse will be my first, and if what I need is available, my only call if I need another unit in the future.
