Bought a walkingpad treadmill at the Dick's in Midland Tx. The first time I plugged it in to use it and test it out it, it tripped the house breaker when I started it. I moved it to another room and tried a different outlet that was on a different breaker and it tripped again as soon as started the treadmill. I tried to return it and the manager refused to accept the return and refund my money. Dick's does not back their products if you buy something from there and if it doesn't work right out of the box you are out of luck and money because they wont take the return or refund you your money for a faulty product that they sold as a new working product. I will never shop at Dick's again because they will not take care of their customer and I would recommend that everyone should avoid shopping at Dick's since they don't back the quality of their products and don't take care of their customers.

I had an emergency, they stole my son’s putter off the back of his truck the night before a collegiate golf tournament. I called the nearest store which was midland and a clerk by the name of Erick answered the phone. When I asked for the specific putter brand he said I have one in stock. When I asked if he could verify if it was physically there he said he couldn’t because he wasn’t at his station. I told him that I would be traveling over an hour to go get it he again refused to verify if it was in stock or never offered to hold it for me because we really needed it. I took the risk and traveled over 100 miles to go purchase it only to find out they sold it. Which is fine but I would have appreciated the one minute of service it would have taken him to go and verify it was there and held it for me while I drove over there. I have shopped your brand all over the country and this was by far the worst I have ever been given. If you don’t like your job then please make room for some who does, do better Erick, sometimes a minute of your time means the world to us.

Clean store but terrible bathrooms. The toilet paper roll sits on the floor because there are no holders and the sinks are just a trickle with a dirty dispenser sitting on it. The manager did not care at all, just said thanks and walked away when I let him know.

The store,amazing, clean,the employees are very nice. The prices on the merchandise WOW!!! even the marked down merch was expensive.

Terrible excuse for a sporting goods store. Selection is horrible, nothing is ever in stock. The worst part is... the staff is absolutely atrocious! They won't help anyone to save their own life!

Bought some Nike ruining pants and later found out that the material runs smaller then size and went to return them and the girl with glasses refused to give me it because it didn’t didn’t have a tag when I know damn well I was good with the receipt

Service at Dick's is terrible. Waiting for someone to come help grab a size for our kid. Had to hunt someone down, then you have to use the kiosk to request shoes too? When did that happen? During check out 3 associates saw us standing waiting to check out (literally made eye contact with 2 of the 3) did not even acknowledge us being there. 2 of them were pulling a sticker off something but someone could have said we'll be with you...once they were done the two guys scattered leaving checkout girl to us. Rude! What happened to service here?
