“I never went into Ross until recently and it was happened to be during the Christmas holidays so you can imagine everything was everywhere, but when I returned to the store after the holidays, it was nice and tidy and they have a really big selection of inexpensive things. I liked, the fact that they had a lot of things to choose from as far as home decor. You can go in there and spend very little and get a lot of cute little accent items for your home.”

“I had been buying a nationally advertised brand for about 2 years. And then I spotted a store brand at a competitor for 30% less. While shopping at Walmart, I found a comparable store brand with more per package than the competitor AND at a lower price. I will continue to use the store brand from Walmart. More per package and at a better value, that suits me.”
“They have a great variety of pet supplies such as food, grooming accessories, toys and beds etc…. Well stocked on basic tools, work wear clothing. The staff have been super friendly and helpful the several times I have been there. Definitely 5 ⭐️ service thus far. Pay no attention the 1 ⭐️Karen reviews ? this place literally just opened.”
“With two locations here in Midland Texas both have a Nice open floor plan with a wide range of selections overall neatly placed and displayed accordingly. Customer Service is readily available and the staff seems friendly and eager to help. Online orders and pick ups go through without a hassle and you can count on the corrections been made if necessary with management involvement and apologies for the inconvenience”

“It has been my favorite store for 8 years and it will be but I don't know what is happening with the service. Very bad appearance at the entrance of the store that earns thousands of dollars and they can hire someone to do the cleaning.”
