If you want bad work/service for twice the price come here. Took my work truck to get rewired since they didn't do right the first time. It took them all day to "fix it" and when I picked it up it was in worse shape than before. Something they did drained my battery and now I have to take it somewhere else to get it done the right way. I would give zero stars if I could! Never recommending the business to anyone.

Ordered my JTX wheels online mounted and balanced. Took it to Da Drop shop for install and some suspension work. We found an out of round tire. Fernando hooked it up with a new tire and will be taking care of sending it in for manufacturer warranty.

Drove two hours to go get a leveling kit and an alignment. Was not done properly. They called around 6 PM closing time to pick up my truck. The truck was not even leveled, and on my way home, my truck was going to the right side of the road. Alignment was not done properly. Called the shop the next day, and one of the workers answered and i told him my situation, and he started an argument with me. Bad customer service.

Been going to the Drop shop since they were in a little location off Midkiff Fernando the owner has always taken great care of me from day one!!!! I have taken him 100k truckss 100k cars and always best service and great prices

Go elsewhere. Sales tries to scam you every opportunity they get. By scam I mean selling you the wrong product that’s more expensive only to have you return it for correct item buuuut “we can only issue store credit”. ? see the scam there. Multiple complaints of this, they need to either change store policy or continue and receive more complaints that lead to loss on there end.Update response to owner: Maybe if your employees were honest then you would know but it wasn’t you there so you can’t tell me what my experience was bud.Sales admitted to giving wrong part. I said cool I’ll purchase the correct one and bring back the wrong ones tomorrow. Sales said ok but we can only issued store credit.Didn’t wanna hear anything else said that’s all he could do. Shop that was installing my tires gave y’all correct info.Do better business and get rid of your scammer at the counter

On two occasions I bought 8 tires with them and they did not change the tire stems that day, they left the old ones, a tire ran out of air and was ruined, they did not want to change it for me and they did not want to change the old stems either.
