I just tried to see if they had methotrexate in stock so Walmart could transfer script, the girl was rude and refused to listen. I asked to speak to a pharmacist she put me on hold. After spending 15 min on hold I called Doctor's Pharmacy and was take care of in 3 min ?

Absolutely loved the service here, recommend to anyone needing to pick up their prescription fast and easy. Everyone here is nice and caring to all customers and anybody that says differently is just lonely and has a very sad life. (Talking to all bad comments) and I’d like to point out an outstanding young lady that works there named Taylor, she was very helpful and very sweet.( plus drop dead fine) Thank you!!

I visited the store on the corner of Wadley and BigSpring Street in Midland Tx. This store practices unlawful tactics such as racial profiling. This certain employee has been racially profiling me since I started to frequent this store. I don’t visit this store often, only when I receive coupons or my monthly reward from my carepass membership. After my arrival to this store, the employee that I am referring to was working, she immediately walked to the back of the store and disappeared for a long period. This is the same employee that refused to go to the back of the store to retrieve a case of water for me. This is the same employee that I have seen walk away from the front counter numerous times to assist other customers. On December 19th I visited the store to purchase 3 items. I had coupons for all three items. One of my coupons did not attach to a particular item so, therefore, due to the coupon error, I selected the help button to get that item removed. As I was waiting on this employee to return to the front counter, another lady showed up, she waited the same amount of time as I. Soon afterwards, other customers got in line. I got tired of waiting so I decided to precede with my purchase because I needed the apple cider vinegar for my diabetes. This employee showed up while my payment was processing.CVS and Walgreens have in store Asset protection working for them. You don’t see them unless they deem someone as being a thief. They will remove all the employees from the front of the store, and assert themselves and members of management.It would be justice if people like this employee who spew out racism, prejudices, racial profiling and evil towards other people find themselves being judged in the form of carma!The reason why I frequent this store is because it is a short distance from my home. The population of Midland has tripled within the last 10 years and the traffic has increased with it.

Absolutely horrid service at this cvs. The pharmacy constantly messes up our prescriptions, the staff is far less than pleasant. I can't think of a time I've come to pick up an order and not had an issue of some sort. If it wasn't for my husband's job doing business with this pharmacy we would switch so fast!

After waiting for three days for them to fill the script, they came back and said the never even received the script from the doctor,l even though their app said otherwise. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with from the top down.

Pharmacy has become unbearable, with some prescriptions taking multiple DAYS to be filled for an item that is available.Absolutely moving my pharmacy needs to somewhere else in town after recent experiences.

Pharmacy was never great, but it has recently gotten worse. Taking over a day to fill a prescription is absolutely unacceptable. Some of these prescriptions are vital, time sensitive, and are needed ASAP. I went to the doctor Tuesday and STILL don’t have my prescriptions today on Thursday. I was told yet again this morning that one was still not ready. Just ridiculous. I’ll probably just have to switch pharmacies.

This place has gone so down hill. There is a pharmacy tech growled and yelled. The pharmacist was rude to women as in his culture is acceptable. Just don't go here.

My daughter had an ear infection and got a prescription from the urgent care. We showed up about 45 mins from closing time and arrived to a huge line! Probably 10 people in front of us. The pharmacy staff worked so hard to get everyone through the line. Some were sent away because Thor prescriptions weren't ready. It was my turn and they said there was no prescription for my daughter. They said I could wait u til they closed and they would see if they could put it on hold so I could go to a pharmacy who stayed open later to fill it. Lucy was such a big help to me and she continued to try and find the prescription. She wasn't able to so I left. She called 20 mins later after they closed saying that the prescription just came in and she would save it so I could pick it up at the Andrews location who was open til 10z. I am so thankful for Lucy going above and beyond for my daughter who was in a lot of pain. The staff were so patient with everyone and very friendly. Thanks CVS!
