CVS employees are very busy most of the time, they only use a few. But an added bonus: the big girl up front that was holding court with the other two employees, let me know that most people can find products without asking for her help as items are listed on each isle.
Fortunately for me I can read. She takes pride in her work.
Hopefully the pharmacy staff are professionals.

I like going to CVS because the things I need are always on sale or I have coupons for the things I like sometimes I save up to $35. I enjoy spending my money on things. I can get coupons and sales on like my laundry detergent always love getting 30 to 40% off, I always get good sales like my lotions and shampoos,toiletries always have coupons that are sent to me or from the store when I’m there and the customer service is very helpful I enjoy it. Thank you CVS.

Extremely slow service at the drive-thru. Probably the slowest pharmacy in Midland! It’s always slow. We have have been waiting for over 30 minutes and they have only helped one car!

Had to get two prescriptions and waiting on another was very quick to get them in drive through and thankful I was told the other will be in at a later date

Can't even get a live person to answer the call to check on new prescription status! What a waste of time! The automated answering system is terrible

They have awesome staff and there is a older lady that works overnight and she is the friendliest most helpful lady I've ever met. No matter what she's doing she will stop and help you.

Lucia has the worst customer service. She was rude to my dad and when my sister called her out, she tried to turn it around on them and say they were ruder. This location is visited by people coming from the ER and she wants to have a disgusting attitude towards people who are in pain, sick, and needing just a little empathy? How dare her! Shame on you, LUCIA

Pharmacist is a disgusting excuse for a health care professional. Had a script transferred from another CVS and she pretended my son didn't have insurance on file. I called the original pharmacy that we transferred it from and they found the insurance no problem. The pharmacist at the andrews highway location kept me on hold for 23 minutes then hung up on me, called back and she kept me on hold for another 19 minutes and said she still couldn't find the insurance and had us pay out of pocket without even attempting to find an RX discount if you hate people and hate your job dont work in the healthcare industry; the regional management of this CVS needs to desperately step in as it seems to be a trend with the pharmacy here
