When my primary pharmacy wasn't able to refill my prescription, even with ample notice, this CVS was able to do so, even offering me a small supply to take care of me until the next day. I'm not accustomed to this level of customer service in Midland, kudos!!!

Sign on drive thru that says drive thru is closed, go inside and see a sign that says pharmacy closed. They should let customers who need prescriptions urgently know that. Took two days and my prescription still isn't ready, ridiculous.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever encountered, takes days to fill a prescription that is literally a box off the shelf. Also, they never answer their phone when you try to call and see if your prescription is ready, which means you end up making two trips. One for them to tell you it's not ready, and then another to actually get the medicine\\n\\nThe store is comparable to other CVS, just avoid sending any prescriptions there

Flat out wrong business practices. They have a sign in drive thru that says COVID TESTING ONLY. But then a car drove up and the clerk had no problem helping them through the window.Meanwhile the line inside is piling up and they are putting their customers in harms way. Completely unnecessary to expose us to possibly sick patients. I will be reporting them to the state pharmacy board.

I went for a covid test that I had scheduled the day before. I pulled up to the window and they said their tech had just left and they were trying to figure out how the test worked. Had me wait 20 mins and then shooed me off because they couldn't figure it out. Why set appointments if their one and only tech makes their own schedule?!

literally cvs pharmacy is the worst place ever there slow and they alway either have a lie or some dumb excuse. I'm so over it they never get your medicine right then they have to lie. hate People who can't own up to there mistake

This worst place to get prescriptions boy friend and I went the last nite To get his prescription that the emergency center had given him and we sat at the window for 45 minutes the pharmacist made eye contact with me I never came to the window we even honk and she didn't even acknowledge us come to the window and then I went up there at 230 to get and it wasn't even ready yet they said then a hour it be resdy they don't answe the phone when you call them I don't know they problem but the are very rude and slow

This location has poor customer service. Pharmacy does not work on perspiration refills until you call and question them. The drive thru is so slow you are better off exposing yourself to viruses than wait in line. I would not have given this location a one star but is the lowest available b

Not sure, but this location keeps putting a hand-written sign in their drive through window that we have to come inside, the drive through is closed. This is not right for persons that have difficulty walking or flat-out don't want to be exposed to covid in the store where employees and customers don't have to wear them. Getting scripts filled is so ridiculous. Takes a lot of time and the manager of the pharmacy was apologizing to the Pharmacist for asking him to do more. There isn't enough help anywhere, but some of these strategies just seem wrong. Care about our senior citizens and those with handicaps. Keep your drive through window open.

Did not like the staff. Pharmacy personnel were unprofessional and practically yelled across the store " what are you looking for" I'm not going to say my personal products out loud so everyone can hear. And I'm pretty sure they had other things to say when I told them no. They both looked at me and started laughing. So now I will be sending my prescriptions to Walgreens.
