Customer service was absolutely amazing The service is great. Thank you ! The $60 unlimited comes with 15GB hotspot as long your device is on the compatible list. It also comes with HBO MAX no extra charge as long as you keep the $60 unlimited plan. So if you’re on the $60 with automatic payments it’s $55 every month or pay in store for $60 plus $5 processing fee. Thank you everyone who helped me switch ❤️

I walked in, didn't get a hi or offer help. The employees joking around with a customer friend. I waited a bit then walked out. No customer service insight.

The best phone company if you travel to many states. You don't lose signal where Verizon does. It has a TV channel with movies, series, etc. and plans with fixed rates at low prices. I won't change it for any other. Cricket is very good company

Love love love cricket. I have the worst luck with technology. I’m either messing it up myself or someone is trolling me and I’m up here getting it fixed all the time… cam is wonderful, kind and does her job well. She want there this time so the other young lady helped me and she was fantastic at retrieving my stolen eSIM and phone number!!!

What a shame that the company is so good in other places and here it is so bad, for the simple fact that their employees don't like to work, they spend all their time on the phone and don't help you at all, in other words. (they don't like to work) I had to leave the company simply because of this fact, hire people who like to work and who attract clients, not leave them without them
