The manager who attends does not pay you the proper attention and yesterday there was a promotion and they did not tell me that it was over that day, I came back the next day and I was gone. They treat you rude for to be a manager

Worst Cricket retail store ever!!! Rude, will rip you off in a heartbeat. Even told my husband who has a European accent that that's the way things are done in this country when he asked why they wouldn't accept a return on a defective product even though the receipt clearly states returns are allowed within 7 days.

Young man in that store lied to make a sale. Needed a temporary phone in between employers - approx. 1 month. I explained that I planned to switch the phone over to my wife very soon. Was told that after a month, the phone may be switched over to Verizon. Bought the nearly thousand dollar phone/service. Went back in, he said that it had to be 6 months of continuous service. Then his associate stated that it's a year. He lacks knowledge in his current role. I had been a previous cricket customer for several years prior to this event. Will never consider using them again.

Worst Cricket location in Midland! I called ahead of time to inquire about a phone.. they told me they had in stock. When I showed up I was not greeted and felt so unwelcome. I go up to counter and I'm informed the phone I went up there for is out of stock.... and to top it off was told with a careless voice shrug of shoulder and eyeroll! The people working here need to get it together because they have MAJOR attitude problems. Management is terrible! If you need a Cricket phone and ACTUALLY want decent people with good customer service go to location on Rankin Hwy or Big Spring! Run from this location!!

There was a very sweet and helpful girl I believe her name was Maritza . She made my bill come out a lot cheaper, explained everything that was wrong, and explained everything she was doing .
