I want to start by saying that this credit union is great! BUT THIS LOCATION is the worst location. Drive thru lines take forever, even when you’re the ONLY person in the line. Everyone has either “not my job” or “I’m not paid enough to put up with this” attitude. They do everything in a rush so important details are looked over and the customer has to deal with the consequences. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!

I just like to say..thank you to all the staff at this location for always greeting me with a smile,but especially to this one bank Angel Ms.Vicky..she was so nice and sweet,A+ customer service and answered all my concerns,a true asset to this fine establishment and because of her personality and great attitude, im even considering to open another account...thank you complex for making it easy to bank with you..

Came in today to open up a new account. I’ve never been a member there. Signed in and sat down… There were multiple people in their offices, multiple tellers, other staff… Didn’t even get a look or greeting at all. I sat there for 10 minutes no one even acknowledged me. So I walked out. That’s okay. I will take my business elsewhere.

I just got out of prison..and I was getting rib off..from the bank inside the wal mart..and a friend told me about. This bank...say this bank is the BEST...they are Great with people..they need all banks in Midland to be just like this bank...Go ..everyone Go to this bank..youll thank me...later..Great job...everyone in this bank...stayin right here......Tattoo

It's already 8:15 and the website says they open the drive thru at 8am but nobody is here!!! Just a little disappointed because I usually never have any issues.

We were told we were approved, sold our car & gave 2500 down, signed contract & drove truck all weekend. Then Eric Whitaker called dealer & stated they could no longer finance. No calls to us until I started calling. Clearly it was a breach of contract on their part. Hiring an attorney is our only route to recover $300 sort on insurance & 2500 for down payment.

They do not notate the account, and lose important disputes information if you have fraudulent transactions charged on your card.

Love my bank recently my account was hacked into through paypal and my ccfcu was on it pretty quick and received my money back into my account within a few days. Thank ccfcu

This Bank has Exceeded my expectation in everyday banking needs and would recommend banking with them as opposed to any other banks in this area
