I’ve had an account for over a year here, nothing but problems. Today I was charged a overdraft fee for a charge they didn’t cover. I called to inquire why…. Why can you charge me $30 in overdraft but not cover the charge? Apparently they can charge a insufficient fund charge for “processing” and still decline the funds. I have no problem paying a overdraft fee if they paid a charge I didn’t have enough money for, but to charge me for something they didn’t pay for? No, you can’t have it both ways. Ridiculous, and customer service there sucks. I didn’t have any further questions about it (per bank response) I had already spoken with my branch and they completely explained how you screw people over ?

Charge me almost 4 dollars to use YOUR ATM. But can't make change with money from atm because I don't have an account? Well I just moved here from Oklahoma and I know what bank I won't be moving to!!!! Straight trash!!!

I have used CNB as my primary bank now for 10 years and have had a very good experience with them. I suggest finding someone there that you like and use them for customer service; that’s what I do and it works well for me.

Worst bank ever customer service is really bad. You can't even reach them they don't answer calls. Please go else where save yourself.

This bank is not a good choice to handle simple banking needs. They are out- of-date with their security protection. You try to do on line banking and you log in only to find they have changed your password on your account and you have to go in and re-do the password access to your account. No warning...they just do it. Very frustrating when you are in a hurry. Try to get something done and you get the run around and handed off to other people. Seems very few people have the ability to make decissions. I have several different accounts with CNB and I started with them when they were the new bank on the corner, south side of Midland, in a mobile home for an office. My accounts will not be with them much longer Their people are friendly and that is perhaps the largest positive feature.
