You have the worst ATM there's times the screen doesn't work and you can't touch it so you can't withdraw or deposit money and most of the time is down what a waste of time

I have banked with chase for years and have never had an issue with customer service, I just left the Midkiff rd location and was another great experience, Karen met me at the door and all my banking needs were taken care of immediately, Hats off to the people at the midkiff rd location and thank you for such professional customer service.

I’ve been a loyal Chase Bank customer for years and have always had positive experiences until today. What I experienced this morning at the this branch was absolutely unacceptable.
I went in to resolve an issue with my partner's account, expecting the same helpful service I’ve always received. Instead, I was met with shocking rudeness and unprofessional behavior from the Branch Manager, Anna Chavez. From the moment she approached me, her attitude was bad, dismissive and disrespectful. She refused to listen to my concerns, spoke to me with an unpleasant tone, and worst of all, she touched my phone off the table without asking for permission. I was stunned.. this kind of behavior is not only intrusive but completely inappropriate for someone in her position.
As a business owner and a long-time customer, I expect to be treated with respect, not made to feel belittled and ignored. I genuinely wonder how someone like Anna Chavez ended up in a leadership role as vice president branch manager, representing a bank that prides itself on customer service.
This experience has left me questioning whether I want to continue to be a customer for Chase. If you’re considering visiting this branch, I strongly advise you to think twice or at least make sure you’re not dealing with Anna Chavez.
I truly hope Chase Bank takes this matter seriously because no customer should be treated the way I was today.

Worst bank ever, you deposit a check and they don't tell you they are going to hold the check for 2 weeks. Use any other bank just never go to chase !!!!

Don’t try to do anything her if you don’t have a half hour to waste will stand in line for a minimum of 20-30 mins. These has been a problem for the last two years. Hire more people or pay more to keep people.
