The staff at Chase are incredibly kind and helpful individuals. My frustration lies with Chase as a whole. There are numerous issues such as accounts being unable to withdraw funds, inconsistent ATM functionality depending on customer luck, and even lengthy waits at the drive-through and indoors for simple tasks like paycheck deposits.

We were having difficulties signing up for a credit card online from Southwest through chase due to identity issues. The employees at the bank were very professional in helping us verify our identity, and we were approved for the card when we left. Thank you for helping us verify our identity.

Maria Fernanda was super sweet and helped us with notarizing some paperwork. Highly recommend Chase for all your banking, notary and cc needs. Thanks for the help and kindness. Bigger banks seem to lose the hometown feel. This branch is always great with customer service and the hometown approach.

My daughter had to open a checking account and they were able to accommodate us and made the whole experience very comfortable and easy.

Her name is Maria. She said she would not help me and she was very rude. I complained to the supervisor. Anna said she would complain to me, but when I called customer service, I found out that she did not complain, she was lying. It was my worst banking experience.

I had a great experience. My husband and I had to get a check for buying our house. They were very sweet and got us our check as they congratulated us just very sweet. Then tonight the bank Manager called me to congratulate me. Thank you!! ?

Opened an account online they never sent me a debit card! I waited 2 months got charged for having an account there but never received the debit card so I closed the account!

The drive through takes a long time. The tube opening doesn’t open fully so you kind of have to force it up to get the carrier. Sometimes I have to fill out a payment form. Sometimes I don’t. It’s very inconsistent, it just feels like they don’t care or even know what they’re doing ??♀️

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They have locked all my money up for almost a month and will not release any of it over a customers check I deposited. I have been fighting with them for a while to get it unlocked today they close all my accounts and said they sent me a check for what was in there before the check. Said until my customer Registered with the state of texas to verify he is the owner they will not give me the 2500. Took his dba paper work id social to chase they will not except that. But they did cash the check and deposited it to my account but are trying to say I may have written the check my self. So save your. Self the time and get with a small town bank that actually cares about there customers. Pretty sad I have to ask my customer to take time out of his day to show he wrote the check and they still will not Except it.
