Update- after a second delivery from this same carrier, we received excellent service with these guys. On 6/12/24 . We received a bed from wayfair that was molded and the driver suggested we decline to accept, and made sure we saw the damage first hand.
This has to be the most unprofessional company I've ever had a delivery from. Not to include, they are absolutely horrible about answering or returning calls. 6/5/24 I had an 8t" TV delivered by them and along with this statement I have video proof that the delivery driver and helper mishandled my $2000 dollar tv so bad on camera , bad enough that the whole screen of my new TV was shattered as soon as we unboxed it. They literally dropped it instead on setting it down and then shoved it over against our garage wall and said, whoops not my problem now. And left in their delivery van, I want to see these two workers punished for having 0 work ethics or care about customers products

Perfect delivery experience! The drivers that delivered my oversized backyard shed (Edward and another gentleman) dollied my order from the front of the house to the back driveway/yard since their truck would not fit down the alley. Great customer service! Thank you!

I read the reviews for Cavalier Couriers and was so hesitant to have a delivery made by them. I didn't have a choice in logistics companies. That being said I have zero complaints about Cavalier Couriers. They answered the phone promptly when called and were very professional. The delivered exactly when they said they would and the box was in great condition .

Scheduled a delivery that required a signature. My son took off work to be available to sign. The package was not delivered and we did not receive a courteous call that it would not be delivered. As this was a Friday and after 6 before we realized the package was not coming, we were unable to reach anyone until Monday morning. Cavalier staff stated that there was a mix up with the delivery date. I spoke with them twice about this delivery before my son took off from work. Now, I do not trust them and they will not agree to deliver after 6PM or on the weekend when my son is home. A courtesy call letting me know that he did not need to take off from work was all that I would have needed. Very poor service and communication. Since they are a third party utilized by Pilot I hope Pilot can solve this dilemma for me.

Israel and Thomas delivered my new TV today! Excellent pre-delivery communications with both the truck crew and the office. Delivery and set up were a breeze. I realize you don't usually get a choice of the "last mile" delivery companies, but if you do Cavalier would be my pick.

Wow!!! What a joke!! I don’t know how this place is still in business!!! Was supposed to have a delivery December 23!! It never came! They tried to say they attempted to deliver! Then tried to say I asked for it to be delivered January 3!! I did not! I’ve been waiting on this package. They won’t change the delivery! The girl I spoke with said she was the manager and was very unprofessional. Accepted absolutely no blame! If you have the option of using this company, DONT!

I just got off the phone with customer service rep. Jennifer trying to locate my package that has been sitting at the delivery company since the 6th. I was put on hold several times and finally informed that they are scheduling our delivery for Friday with no current time frame and was informed that they would call me back with a time frame after they schedule it sometime later today or tomorrow. I'm feeling a little insecure about it and thought I would share the experience so far.
