Completely ignored me. I had another customer get helped that was behind me (which didn't make sense) and once I approached the desk no one acknowledged me and continued helping yet another customer that barely arrived. At that point I was the last customer before closing and all 3 associates were talking and as I was grabbing my stuff to leave they asked if I was ready to be helped. I politely told them I've been waiting and I'll just be going somewhere else.

I went by Cash America pawn on wall street in Midland Texas, and Tony was the guy that helped me. He was very pleasant, fast and the rest of the staff were equally as friendly and warm. Will def be back. 5/5 customer service.

I like coming to this store its clean and th e employees will get you out in a timely manner unlike the other cash America store's that will keep you waiting , the employees are so helpful and have great customer service, they always help me find what I need. Jackie was informative and very helpful.
