“We recently hosted a company event in Midland and had heard great things about MMC. After working with their team to put a catering menu together, we moved forward. Throughout the process, the communication was clear and prompt (shout out to Kourtney!), and they made some last minute changes to accommodate dietary restrictions that we didn't know about before. Oh, and the food was AMAZING. We had about 50 people at the event and they were raving. Thanks so much for working with us, and for making amazing food.
