Initially friendly service, but once they get a few company customers, every day buyer beware. They will take all company business first even if you yourself have to get back to work and have been waiting in line. You are completely overlooked. Let me start by saying I was in line and overlooked for another person buying on company dime even when I was in line waiting for several people before me to finish. I was a quick in and out and the others had issues and questions and still others were called to come up before me. I asked is it my turn as I had been waiting before the others and no effort was made to make it right. This is all after the ladies told me to go find a sale item I could have for free as long as it’s lower than my other sale item of $29.99. When I did and went to the register to finally get back up to my turn in line, the ladies retracted the offer saying it isn’t sale items, it’s clearance items. However, even the jewelry they said I could pick from only said sale and not clearance. They showed me what to pick from and said any sale item under $29. Be careful what signs say, they do not match what pops up on the register. Jeans on a certain rack marked $19.99 evidently were not part of the “bogo” free they offered and even after saying I’d take anyway, they rang up full price. They stated they were part of the buy one get one free initially. I was happy just pay the first time I went to the register and get out: they are the ones that said to look at the sale and see what I found for free as long as under $29. When I did, it didn’t ring up right so I they retracted instead of honoring their work and their direction.. good grief it was their offer. It was not my fault they did not communicate correctly. I wasted more time for something that was nonsense and felt like a ploy to make me spend more. I won’t go back and the only reason I didn’t leave everything is because it was for my daughter and she didn’t deserve that poor level of service.

Has tons of FR clothing. Super expensive for that, but same everywhere else

Small issue with my boots but the manager Maddie handled it very well and Miss Mickey was such an amazing help. Mickey is a special employee! Keep her around!

Went in to get my wife some new boots, weee there for 45 min trying to find boots and not one person offered to help us . Will never go there again. Would have also got my grandson some new clothes . Lost a good 1500.00 sale ! Zero customer service!

Don't waste ur money and most definitely don't buy cody James boots I had them a week and they formed a bubble in the toe this is the 3rd time this has happened but never that fast and they wouldn't take them back ill never buy or suggest boot barn ever again
