Ordered a phone online and it wouldn’t power on. I went into the store thinking they could help me and I was literally trying to explain what was wrong to the lady for 30 minutes. After her continuously asking me if I activated it, she said “what do you want me to do?” And I told her “give me a phone that actually turns on” and I think that’s when she understood what was wrong. She proceeded to tell me there’s nothing they can do because I’d have to go through online customer service since that’s how I purchased it. Okay, understood. I decided to come back the next day (today) to just purchase a new phone and there’s literally no one here 30 minutes after they are suppose to be opened. I’m hoping the store on Big Spring has better customer service.

Change from metro pcs to boost mobile (Vanessa) had me waiting 2 hours paid $190 (didn't knew it had the phones insurance) for family plan and activation fees OK but on top of that once I paid the $190 out of a sudden the computer froze which good thing I checked my bank account it charged it so she had to call her boss to verify if it did (which I wasn't going to pay) but what a coincidence so the $190 it was basically it for everything that's what the lady (Vanessa)told me after waiting they made me pay another $47 I don't know if she knew how to do her job or what cause she never told me my family phone plans in the first place so I basically told her to take off the phones insurance a lot of times something she never did..I had to call Boost Mobile (the 877#) myself the next day for them to remove it so basically they ended up with taking them off I called Boost Mobile told them if I can get that refund back they said no they couldn't so if you are a new customer I suggest that you go to another Boost Mobile store (rather just go to METRO PCS they have great better deals family plan of $110 a month vs Boost Mobile $140) that's my suggestion cause like she said (Vanessa) I got a great deal that my plan was was going to be $120 a month yeah I don't see that's a great deal cause is an extra $20 more a month meaning $140 a month.

Accidents happen but this looks bad on this store i will take my comment down if my problem gets fixed i went in to pay my phone bill and left after the store took my money the following day my service was shut off for not paying my bill which i thought i had done because this store took my money i went back to tell them what was wrong and this lady had no idea what i was talking about and told me to wait for the younger less experienced employee to get there hours later overall it looks like this kid took my money too me and i will get lawyers involved if i have too i had to pay for my service the day after because of this guy

I called just to ask a question. The woman didn't even give me chance to explain my question, she hung up on me and I wasn't able to get a response back since then. Horrible store make the drive and go somewhere else! ?
