During the heavy rains, our SUV had a unique problem that left us stranded. We called around and found that Bison Towing was not only the most affordable, but they were the nicest crew! A husband/wife team came out and quickly got it loaded. I hope I never have to be towed again, but if I do, I'm going with Bison again! Thank you guys soooo much!

Called to get my truck towed, although I didn't need the tow because I fixed it they were very helpful and the cheapest in town. If I need a tow in the future I will definitely call them again. Very fair prices and fast!

to start off with had to sit in my car for atleast 6hrs when I was told they would be there in a hr an half then the driver pulled up 6hrs later didn't know what he was doin I had to tell ''em how to strap my car down the driver had an attitude an in the process of it all the driver was in an outta my car so by the time we got to where my car needed to be dropped my debit cards came up missing out of my console an they tried to keep my car an tell me I couldn't get it back till monday so no I would never recommend these unprofessional ignorant crooked excuse for a company like damn I shouldn't have to help the driver back up to my car or any of it an yet still got charged full price for the tow even after I fell off the damn roll back cuz the driver was all up in my car when he had no business being

Dwayne came to get my car to tow it for firehouse to get a new tire to replace my flat. He was suuuper nice. Polite and kind and even gave a stranger directions while he was working. He came within 45 minutes after my request was made and made sure I was well taken care of at firehouse before leaving. He was also really careful and made sure my car didn’t get a single scratch on it. This place has top notch service and I highly recommend!

Had to call towing for my motorcycle, time for spring repairs and tune-up.Jimmy showed up early, and was full of smiles. As we loaded my Honda Shadow, Jimmy took the extra time and care to make sure everything was strapped down correctly, and secure.Friendly, helpful, and a great attitude. I’m glad to have had Jimmy and Bison Towing.

If I could give Bison Towing 10 stars I sure would! I was stuck in a parking lot with a dead battery and called them for a jump start. They came within 15 minutes and jumped my car. The battery would not hold a charge, so I asked them to tow me to a parts store. The owner got the car out of park, waited with me until his tow truck came and took me to the parts store, then waited again until my car arrived on the tow truck. Super customer service, and very reasonable price. I highly recommend!Services: Battery service

Our fifth wheel trailer was disabled about an hour north of Midland. Since the call was late, (5:00-ish on a Saturday evening), Bison couldn't come until 9:00-9:30 the next morning. They no-showed. At 9:40, I texted the number I had and they were "delayed", but the driver would call me ASAP. Nothing. They were an hour away and knew by 8:30 they weren't coming. How about a courtesy call? At 11:53, I called again and was told that "everyone" was on an accident near Midland and they'd call me as soon as they could re-dispatch. That was the last I heard from them. Subsequent calls and texts went unanswered. They had committed to my tow and were prepaid. I had to arrange another tow and the trailer spent a night on the roadside. Their website says to "choose a towing service you can rely on". I agree with them. Bison might be reliable, but they're only as strong as their weakest link -- the dispatcher on duty Sunday.
