I’ve gave Bill Williams several chances over the years and they are always pretty rude and unhelpful. Their job performance is okay, the problem is that their customer service is terrible. So if that’s something that matters to you I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I changed 4 tires at your business. I have never come across such sullen employees in America before. I definitely do not recommend it. The white-haired, 50-year-old worthless man who cut the bill gives you 0 points.

We pulled into Bill Williams Truck Center needing a new tire and a repair on a second tire for our travel trailer. This is a nice large location with easy access in and out. We were there a little over an hour and then on our way again. Great service!

Went to Bill Williams tire on Wednesday 12-15-21 to the commercial side for large truck tires . The worker at the main desk refused to sell a new tire because he wanted me to call ARI for them !! Bill Williams is a vendor of ARI and ARI pays invoices which Bill William’s tire is to call and send invoice .This worker at the main desk with his office behind him did not care , and is lazy and I will never go there ever again . I told him I’m going speak with his boss . He said he don’t care . Instead I decided to make a complaint here, Yelp , and the BBB and I told ARI and fleet manager of the incident of which they possibly may drop Bill Williams tire as a vendor . We will go somewhere else where they have good service. I don’t know why Bill Williams has this person at front desk , speaking to customers.To be clear this is the commercial building , they have a 2nd building next door for regular cars and those workers are great and friendly .
