Your typical BB. Nothing to write home about. I ordered an item online, and it was ready within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly. I stood in line for just a few minutes before an employee helped me. I received my item and was out the door in minutes.

They could even call me with a time of delivery for today, much less, to let me know what was going on. If I hadn't called customer service, I would have never known they wouldn't be making the delivery today.

I like BB, but this location is staffed by cocky, lazy geeks who think themselves smarter than the customers they’re supposed to be serving. I’ve had such terrible customer service experiences there that I will never shop at this location again. I complained to the management, and they simply don’t care. OK then!
