Over priced my job. How would you charge over 7 thousand for a timing chain repair. I would not go there if you are a person of color. If you didn't want to work on my car just say that. Instead he kept my car from before Thanksgiving to Christmas. Just to over bid the job. Sad song guys. Then charged me a $165 GTFOH fee.

Disappointed, and upset. After nearly 2 months of waiting for them to look at it. Not only did they “not have any interest” in working on my vehicle. Before they came to that conclusion they pulled it in and ripped the dash apart. While fragile from age, a lower section was broken out to access behind the dash easier. Also, fuses left out, pieces not put back in place. It’s bad enough they wouldn’t even attempt to check it out thoroughly, but to leave my truck in worse condition than when it was dropped off is ridiculous.

I've been looking for a high quality and trustworthy automotive repair shop out here in the Permian. The folks at BB Automotive are fantastic and will absolutely treat you right. Took my 6.0 excursion in because she wasn't running right - BB got me fixed up and back on the road. They've made a customer for life out of me. Hands down, best repair shop out here in the Permian.

BB is the ONLY place I take my vehicles for repair! Brandon and Vann are great to work with, always honest fair and trustworthy. They have worked on my pick up and classic muscle cars. Fast and Dependable - wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'll never return to have auto repairs. AC repair quote 2600 AC blowing cold on one side of car. oil change 2024 Mazda 600 bucks at Mazda dealer 80 bucks

I called and Talked to Chris about some work on my 03 Dodge 3500, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Although I fixed my problem on the truck if I ever need help again I will definitely call them again! Best place in town! Thank you!
