Horrible experience. Unfriendly and rude customer service. If you need a business commercial acct. Dont waste time and go to Chase. Friendly customer service and many more benefits. Today I interviewed both and hands down Chase offered much more.

This bank has the worst service ever! I will be closing my account to take my business to a bank that has more respect of their clients time.

No drive thru options except for ATM.I was unable to deposit a check because a client did not put LLC at the end of the name. I looked back at other deposits and there are very few that have included the LLC and they’ve never before refused a check because of that.
