Called today 6/14/2024 at 10:01 pm to get a quote on break pads the guy gave me a quote and rudely hung up without asking if i needed anything else. I called back to speak to manager and he said “I am the manager I gave you what you wanted a quote! I will definitely be going elsewhere!

manager was very helpful and got me taken care of with no problems on a battery warranty another employee entered incorrectly 2 years ago when I purchased it.

I had a return for a nonworking product I thought the exchange would go smoothly but it was the opposite I felt I was being harassed at first and at that point I just wanted to turn around and forget the whole ordeal but she kept trying to tell me how midland autozones where all corrupted and she wasn’t lying because she proved it with her nasty harassing attitude I will never go back it was the worst autozone I have ever been to ,her name was Mayra and she had a very macho voice
