Can’t order screen protectors or anything at this store.Don’t know when a screen protector would even come in.That’s the help that store had to offer.

The staff seemed so friendly and helpful while sitting around making friends instead of taking care of customers, waited 45 minutes after checking in only to have them wait on someone else who just walked into the store, so I left after wasting almost an hour of my time thanks

Had one of our pets chew through my fiber optic cable for our Internet on a Saturday and I could not find anyone that sold a replacement locally but I went into the store and was told they do not keep any in stock either. The same gentleman told me he would look in the back to see if he had anything to help me, about 5 minutes later and he comes out with the exact cable I was looking for! Great customer service! Saved me from having to wait until Monday to get a replacement.

The staff member that helped me did amazing she approached me the second I walked into the store answered all my questions she was very friendly and went above and above and beyond to go check for phone cases for me as well as helping me pick out a new phone definitely an amazing employee

Ivan went above and beyond for my family. It's very rare to experience exceptional service out here in midland from my experiences. He even went to another store to pick up a phone for my son that wasn't in stock at their location. He was very patient and honest. I recommend Ivan to anyone.

I was bamboozled! They got me good.I was interested in buying a watch cash, sales rep 1 mentioned there was a sale “buy one get one 350 off.” Seemed good to me so I asked for 2.I asked rep 1 if I put both watch lines on my line and still be able to use the cellular if I connected it to another number on a different line still with AT&T. Rep one said yes and asked rep 2. Both agreeing since it was cash it shouldn’t be a problem since they are unlocked. Sounds great came back the next day to make my purchase. Sales rep 2 finalized my transaction. Right before he charged my card I asked about the 350 off. He said yes I got it and we completed the transaction. my SO came home and as I tried to connect his watch, lo and behold there’s an error. I called tech support and they told me the store reps had misinformed me. To use the cellular connection the plan has to be on the same plan as the phone it’s supposed to be connected to. I looked up my email receipt to get sales rep 2’s name. To my surprise I was charged full price for both watches! I called and spoke with rep 2 and said there’s nothing I can do to get the 350 off. No manager was available at the time. I was lied to by 2 different reps in a corporate location.Also there is no signage promoting the sale, so it’s not like I assumed it.
