I love the guy that helped me he was understanding of my time especially since I had my two daughters with me that are 3 & 5. Super fast and super helpful and so genuinely sweet he needs a raise!

I tried to get fiber optic internet since 2 of my neighbors and a business next to my house have it and they just tell me that it is not available for my house without giving a reasonable explanation, a representative told me that he was going to consult with the technical department and that they would call me later and they never did, then I called and the same thing: a very big waste of time, to tell me that they can't connect me saying that they don't know the reason. Very bad customer service.
