Lorenzo was great! All the associates were busy and we had no appointment but they still got to us fairly quickly. Lorenzo answered all of our questions and helped us with what we needed efficiently. Usually I hate going in to the store for a new phone but it was actually a great experience.

Clay was excellent. After having to walk out of the other store on Midkiff with no acknowledgment, hello or assistance . Clay went above and beyond. Sold me everything I wanted and set it up. When I had to return for more help he didn’t make me feel stupid. Everyone should be like Clay

We changed carriers because AT&T is too expensive . My wife's phone is paid for and AT&T and no one there can figure our how to unlock it to use with new carrier. We have called and talked to every department there is and they dont know how to get her phone unlocked. So watch out if you use this company and change carriers get ready to have to buy a new phone.

I decided to upgrade my phone at this location. I was told the credit will show in 2-3 billing cycles. Well, I never received the credit and I’m paying full price for the new phone. Do not trade your phone in at this location. You will never see the credit!!!!!!

Ivy was outstanding helping my mom upgrade her iPhone. Very clear with the options, didn’t try to sell her stuff she didn’t need and stayed for the iOS update so she didn’t have to navigate those waters alone. Thank you, Ivy for your 5 star help and service.

Store smelled like a teenager sprayed AXE all over his body. I’m an authorized user on a shared account. I am the military discount for the account with a license that proves it (lots of verification behind getting that on your license). I have another business account under my name….. and I can’t buy an effing SIM card for my phone. Switching carriers for my personal and business account. The world is just so impersonal now. I’ve added someone to my account with less verification.
