I had an incident in Odessa, the truck behind me hit my car in the washing process and I filled out a claim, the general manager asked me to go and he basically said it didn't happen and he showed me the video of the first part of the washing process where we saw my car jumped the rollers backwards, but he did not showed me the last part of the process were my car was hit cause "they don't have a camera there" and said maybe the truck was just close to my car and I felt it hit my car cause the brushes for the tires were moving my arm strongly. I asked him for a solution and said he would contact me and he never did. Today I deceded to go to the car wash in midland cause it was really close to me and I needed to wash my car and while the washing process my car stop moving and was almost hit by a car.Customer service is bad, can't believe they didn't give me a solution and today after complaining with a manager another one got out to asked me what happened and basically said that maybe I just pushed the brake or something cause it has happen twice. ?

Not bad but Mighty wash is better and cheaper and they wipe down your car. Here they don’t and the water stains/marks make it look same or worse that it was. I’m thinking I’m going back to mighty wash.

I took my 2023 Chevy Silverado in there that I had for one month brand new it got scratched from wheel to wheel on both sides. made a report nobody ever did anything if I could give this lower than a one star I would if you take your vehicle here you’re an idiot!!!!!!
