I really don't understand why places like this have an empty lobby, empty customer parking and I still have to wait almost 30 minutes to piss in a cup. Maybe if the ladies stop talking about thier gifted tumbler cups and service the only waiting customer in the building, I wouldn't be writing this. Nonetheless, I'm not pleased.

Very friendly and attentive staff, very explanatory about what you need! My son is a little nervous and Miss Stefanny was so attentive, patient and kind that my son didn't even feel the blood draw. I give her a 1000 for the empathy of the staff. They will be my laboratory forever!
