I would recommend Allstar to anyone. Got my car back in better shape than it was before the accident. They also detailed it as a courtesy. The rental was pretty old, but ran well and was clean. I will be using them from now on.

Love these guys. They called and updated me weekly on what was going on with the insurance and my vehicle. Had a few issues when I picked my car up. They immediately put me in one of their rentals at no charge and took care of my car. Got it back like brand new. Their rentals was a lot older but ran good and was clean. I would recommend Allstar.

I have taken my vehicles here for 20 years .I get quality work at a great price. They even provide me a rental also.Dealing with insurance companies can sometimes be a pain .Allen always makes this easy for me.I can trust that my car will be fixed t right way without any hidden fees or surprises .Ensuring great quality service for both my vehicle and I every time.I would highly recommend this body shop to anybody needing

They did a good job with my almost totaled truck. They handled the insurance stuff for me. When I ran out of rental days they comped the rest. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Plus they let me pay my deductible out in 4 payments.

I've had such a wonderful experience so far with this shop! I constantly get phone calls with updates, they also towed my vehicle to the shop for free. They got me in ASAP after my accident and they have done nothing but wonderful work thus far on my vehicle! I highly recommend this shop. Alan is very knowledgeable and has kept me in the loop with everything so far! Great service and great work! Highly recommend!

No stars for this place very disappointed gave us a 15 yr old vehicle as a rental smelled like smoke and was making noise would not trust it on the road owner would not refund money name should be changed

I cant even explain how horrible my experience with this company was. The only good thing about this collision center is the owners secretary Olivia. She was as nice as could be and tried to help as much as she possibly could. As for the "shop" itself, my vehicle was in and out 3 times after its accident and there was always more issues that had been paid for by my insurance and they had still not been fixed or corrected and when asked there was always an excuse, and then when there had been new parts paid for since it was a newer $60,000 dollar vehicle, I found out that they had bondoed everything and left several creases and dents under it. The paint was done very poorly and some parts that they did "fix" are already sagging and coming apart. After all 3 failed attempts I decided to take business elsewhere. In addition to my truck being in and out, the rental that I was issued literally would not start several times while I was out of town in it and I had to stop and get oil for it because it had not been serviced; and finally to top it all off I was asked more than once to leave a positive review online and spread the news about this company. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Defiantly not professional at all. Would recommend sky diving without a parachute or swimming with sharks before this place.

I would never recommend this place to anyone . I was gonna be a customer but when I showed up I put my hand out to shake the old grouchy mans hand and he said I don't want to shake your hand ! And I said ok we went outside and he was telling me he didn't have a car I could rent while mine was in the shop and he did t know I had talked to the secretary and she said I wouldn't have to pay deposit on car if I go threw them and they would take care of me and he said he didn't have any cars he would rent me ! He is rude and racist it's nit right for him to have a company I'm sorry I am Mexican but god made me this colour . Prayers for this company .

The only reason I'm even giving it two stars is bc the staff was nice. We bought our car here due to cheap car rental rates while car is in there shop, although upon dropping it off they didn't tell us they didn't have any "real" mechanics. We told them it was mechanical and alignment problem, and we where never told they don't have anyone there that could really fix it, until my progressive agent got there and they had took some pieces off my bottom front end and said that it was leaking oil which we told them and knew but didn't know where ??? Okay? Isn't it there job to figure it out, so after 6 days we find this out we never got calls about any updates on a better rental or anything that was going on they never contacted my progressive agent I had to do all that, also we had to tow our car there, and I told the lady on the phone exactly what we where doing and she told me "oh if I would have known I could have sent a tow for free" once we got there again ???? Just a bunch of wasted a** time. Do not bring your car here people unless you want to have to call for update and call to get things done and apparently if we would have left it there they'd probably have taken weeks to contact our agent. Our agent strongly advised us to take it elsewhere & that's what we're doing found a great Toyota dealership & progressive is going to tow it to them same day Toyota guy got all info & said he'll have it done very soon! Don't waste your time here guys. I should have listened to all the bad reviews they had but I'm all about giving people the benefit of the doubt but I'm sure the rest of the reviews are true given my experience!

Let me just start by saying I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a collision place. I wrecked my car back in June, it is now the end of September and I still have not received a date on when my car will be done. My doors were on national back order and I HAD TO BE THE ONE TO CALL AND GET THE DOORS sooner then they were. This was the first red flag. My doors have been at the shop for a week and a day as of today and they are still ordering parts that should have been ordered while waiting for the doors. Granted I know nothing about how long it takes to put doors back on a vehicle, I think it is a bit ridiculous that they can not give me an estimated date on when my car should be done. Just about every time I call I get no answers, I get told to call the next day and see what's going on. It has just been a repeated cycle. I choose this place because they were not booked like every other place in midland, but now I am realizing why they had no bookings. AGAIN DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, they have no sense of knowledge what so ever! THIS IS AN UPDATE. I FINALLY got my car back..it's November 30th so it's been close to 6 months. Alan so happen to not be there when I picked up my car..weird right, I would of thought that he would explain the things that got done etc. Anyways, I didn't check out the car until I got home and just about everything that got done looked half assed. Things that weren't supposed to be painted, were. There is primer all over the place..even inside my car. Both my doors on the left side no long shut properly. There is about 6 scratches on the inside that were not there prior to my accident. Paint is already chipping off. It's just horrible. Please do not go to this place you will regret it!

Brought our car here a couple of years ago and it was the worst mistake we've ever made. After not having the car for THIRTY FIVE DAYS, it was still repaired improperly with aftermarket parts when we were told we would get OEM parts. This place is a giant scam station and I'm surprised the Texas Board of Insurance hasn't shut them down. Here is a copy/paste of one of our emails:

This is, without a doubt, the worst auto repair experience I've ever had. I am going to copy and paste part of the multiple emails I had with the owner here and let you decide. We picked up our 2013 Tahoe on Friday at 5:30pm. Since you weren't available to review the repairs on site with us at the time of pick up, we brought the Tahoe home to review the repairs that weren't done correctly the first time. Unfortunately, the repairs listed in our email that were not done correctly, still are not done. 1. Rear bumper remains warped. Your previous email mentioned contacting the adjuster for OEM quality parts. Your estimate and you personally, said OEM parts would be used exclusively. You never cheap plastic parts that will warp and stay warped. 2. Black bumper cover now has an area that has white paint on it 3. Areas of front and rear bumper are still rough and bumpy. Substandard paint job that won't last the lifetime of the vehicle. 4. Area under hatch on bumper is extremely rough and some areas barely have any paint 5. There are areas on the actual hatch that still remain unpainted 6. There is now a scratch on the bottom left side of the bumper that has scratches that have been painted over. 7. There are also now scratches in areas where the hatch closes. 8. The Chevrolet emblem remains crooked. 9. We still have not received an itemized list of the repairs that were made to the vehicle. 10. We still have not received a warranty for your "repairs" the vehicle. As you can see, there are items we discussed last week that remain unrepaired, as well as new items that happened while attempting to have you repair the vehicle properly. All of this could have been avoided if a walk-through of the vehicle was done before we picked it up each time. We have been without this vehicle since the accident over 35 days ago. You need to do whatever it takes to get the vehicle repaired properly. This is the last time that I will be bringing the vehicle in and the last time I am giving you an opportunity to fix it before getting our attorney involved. Nationwide has already paid you over $7,000.00 for repairs, of which, we expect to be done to a quality standard that you promised us when we trusted you with our business. I will not accept anything other than professional work done on our vehicle. Call me personally on my cell and tell me when to bring the vehicle in. When it's completed, you and I are going to go over every single item (and its expense), to insure that it was done properly before we leave the shop for a third time. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Worst experience I have ever had with a car place. The owner of this shop is very unprofessional and disrespectful! I'm a young women who just wanted answers about what was going on with my car and when I went to talk to Allen( the owner) he went off on me and told me he was about to send me car to another place(which actually would have been a blessing) and then called me a child multiple times, telling me he didn't have time to deal with me even though he was sitting at his desk on his phone. My car has been in the shop since June, almost 4 month and they have not been able to give me a date on when my car is going to be done. DO NOT BRING YOU VEHICLE HERE. This place is absolutely the worst “business†I have ever had to deal with.
