Good sales person but wouldn’t buy another truck. Got a used 2021 Silverado trail boss got it at 58,100 miles now at 60,700 early may has been to the shop about 8 times about to be 9. Only have drove the truck 2 1/2 weeks total since I bought it. Not even a week later check engine light came on so far both side lifters, and left side injectors have been replaced. One dealership gave up on trying to diagnose the truck because they couldn’t figure it out. Another did all that work had to bring out the field engineers to look at it but still have to take it back again to see why it’s still flashing first under factory warranty than now coming from my 3rd warranty out of pocket. Only thing they said they will do is let me trade it in but for less.

The service department is a total JOKE! Took a truck in for malfunctioning A/C and it never got fixed after 11 weeks at their facility! I’m pretty sure it’s because it was a warranty job! I went and got the truck and received an invoice for work they had done without ever contacting me since it was an Enterprise rental! NEVER got any kind of updates or courtesy calls. I had to keep calling them and didn’t get a return call or was put on hold forever. They lied about my a/c parts being on back order as i contacted 3 other dealerships to verify and there was no back order on the parts my truck needed. Contacted the dealership in Brownfield TX, took my truck there and they already have my parts ordered and my truck will be ready next week.

We purchased a vehicle back in March, till this day we have not been able to get license plates, going on our 7th temporary tag!!!!! Came to find out they don’t even have the title of the truck to begin with!!!! We’ve given over 20k on this vehicle and now we just have to wait to see if they can get a duplicate title. ❓❓❓❓ Not to mention we got numerous round arounds with different stories as to what was going on. Every week or two I would call only to get excuse after excuse. I had to drive 3 hours for them to tell me they never had the title in the first place! How are you going to list and sell a vehicle that you don’t have the proper paper work for? Never have we experienced such horrible service!

Very bad experience. Received a phone call about negative review. Person was really angry, and he was try to argue instead listening the problem. Not sure what kind of customer service they are trying to provide

My opinion is that they are rubbish how to tell they don't know how to work they sold me a car and it was broken the same day I reported the problem and they don't want to fix the car the worst pain in Texas don't buy cars here they are lying scammers they have the car for me It's been more than two weeks and they don't even give a solution. Don't buy a car from this super bad dealer. I don't recommend it.

Absolute worst service. Cannot receive vehicles until September, which is understandable, but guy said “keep looking”. Gotta love it.
