We had a wonderful experience with Mercedes-Benz of Midland! It was a great pleasure getting to meet everyone and working with Jenna Herrera as the sales rep. I walked in like a fireball and she quickly mastered my frustration. She was very professional, understanding and exceeded my expectations during the vehicle purchase. All of Mercedes-Benz of Midland team members are great, very welcoming and highly trained to deal and satisfy their customers needs. My wife left extremely happy with her new car. Hands down I recommend this dealership! Thank you all and special thanks Art and Jenna (girl has the patience of an elementary school teacher). ?

So my story starts as we’re driving down the road 800 miles away from home, and the van goes into a limp mode. I call up the closest Mercedes dealership, knowing that they’re not gonna be able to get me in but just hoping that it could be within a weeks time. The young woman who answered the call, was polite and informative, and was able to get me in the next day at 7 AM. And if you’ve ever had to get your Mercedes in that is almost near to impossible. I came in that evening just ask a few questions and was met with one of the representatives Crystal I remember that because it’s my sister’s name, And she went over all the options of my service, as well as what they would do tomorrow with seeing about repairing the van. In my experience, there are people that are nice nice, which is not always what they really mean and people who are generally nice everyone we met at this dealership and dealt with even up to Mr. shine, who gave me a ride to get something to eat, as we waited, was amazing. The other added piece to this is that we have a cat and it always makes us nervous if they would be able to allow us to have a pet in the space and they did(he was in a carrier). I can’t say enough about the experience that And I would highly recommend this is a dealership even if it meant driving out of your way . Many thanks, Marcus

Michelle did an outstanding job of making my drop off and pickup service very easy and non problematic for me. She handled absolutely everything for me within the whole day and updated me when my car was ready! 10/10 recommend Mercedes in Midland for any service needs.

I have to give a HUGE shout-out to John M. and Bryan! I went in with a sour taste in my mouth due to a previous dealership and they both changed my mind within an hour and backed it up! They both very helpful, informative, polite, and laid-back! I WILL NOT go anywhere else as far as dealerships if I ever have to get another vehicle! THE ABSOLUTE BEST, SWEETEST, and HONEST GUYS I have met! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! GO get you that Benz or newer car! They will get you driving like Luke Bryan or Carrie Underwood! ? While we didn’t have the best experience with service (communication was not a strong suit), we did have a great experience with sales. Our salesman, Abdul, was very informative, answered all of our questions, and got us into a GLS 580 (the car we’ve been looking for! - excuse the dust, we live down a dirt road). He ensured we got the deal we wanted and was not pushy. Be sure to ask for Abdul on your next new Mercedes purchase!

This was my first time buying a Mercedes and Frank and Tammy were the best sales people I have ever dealt with. I’ve bought multiple cars in the past but none gave me the attention and care that they provided. Frank was super informative and always showed he care throughout the whole process. After I received my vehicle Gabby did a great job at showing me the different functions in the car & was very patient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, they really go above and beyond and they don’t treat you like you’re just another number. Honestly no other dealer had ever treated us as great as this dealer did.

Had a great experience on my first purchase at Mercedes-Benz.The staff was very supportive and friendly.Art was very patient answering to all the questions we had, also being very attentive to each detail (from warranty specifications to delivery) in order to make our experience a top level one.Matt also provided great support in the negotiation, willing to hear and work with us during the entire process.They did stand by the “brand” they represent, proving us a service level of the highest quality - also following up a couple of days later to see how the driving experience has been!The dream of having a Benz is now a reality, and I thank them all for being part of it!!!

I did not have a good experience when I took my vehicle to the dealership service center. I had previously had a negative experience but I do believe in second chances.I dropped off my SUV for service and a detail. The recall was repaired. The issue I questioned was diagnosed. I was informed about needed maintenance services. One of them being the transmission service. I was told it was past due. I was surprised to hear this. I had purchased the vehicle at this dealership a year ago. In that time I have put very few miles on the SUV. When I bought the car it evidently needed a transmission service. I am surprised and disappointed that the dealership did not service the transmission before they sold it to me and they did not tell me the transmission service was due at that time. I expected more from a Mercedes Benz dealership.The second issue I had concerns the detail service. I was charged $500 for the detail. The vehicle was vacuumed and partially wiped down. It was not detailed at all. There were black marks on the door, dark spots in the fabric, and parts of the console were not even wiped down. Then I had asked if there was a way to clean marks in the leather seat made by my daughter. They told me no. So I asked them to ask their detail crew for any suggestions to help me clean them. They never gave me any help.I had a good experience when purchasing the vehicle until this service experience let me know the SUV was not really ready to be sold.There was another concerning issue with the tires but I am tired of typing this story out.

Once the car was allocated everything went into high gear, COVID kinda made this a long process. Car was in perfect condition with everything I asked for, that made it worth the wait!! Can’t be happier with the service, the patience the dealer, Art, and myself had to experience. Art was very professional, he’s the salesman I can vouch for. Looking forward to doing further business with this dealership.

We were treated with concern and kindness. Patty navigated us by phone to help us find their location and Alan greeted us and quickly took our vehicle to the Sprinter Service Center. The General Manager checked on us twice to make sure we were comfortable and updated us on the repair progress. What a great experience we had! What a great business!
