Very disappointing! Second time to try and get service at this facility. Was told vehicle would be ready before noon and am currently on phone holding for over 15 minutes trying to find out if it will be ready as promised. This is Friday, after the vehicle was to be ready Thursday by 3:00 pm. Last year they said i needed a brake job, but didn't look to see that the vehicle had less than 16,000 miles driven and no noticeable problems.

I was called and told that my car was ready. It was not.
Had to sit and wait on it. Also had to wait for receptionist to show up, no one at front desk. Poorest service I have ever had.

I purchased a vehicle from them in May, not even two days later I take it to get a car wash since my salesman didn’t and right away it starts leaking from the top windshield. I call my salesman named John and he schedules an appointment to get the windshield resealed a few days later. I drive from Odessa to midland and wait over 30 minutes just for them to tell me they never scheduled the appointment at the windshield company and to go back the following week. I go to the next appointment the lady tells me if it starts leaking again than I will need my windshield replaced. I wait over a week to take it for a car wash to test it out and it starts leaking down by the gas pedal. I call John and he says it might be a manufactured problem to take it to GMC in Odessa. I call them and they are booked up to 3 months in July . I finally get my vehicle looked at in Mid-July they say it is still the windshield and the water is traveling down both sides. He tells me to call the dealership I purchased the vehicle from to get the windshield replaced since it had already been previously resealed. I’ve been calling them since Mid-July and they have not answered nor called me back! I cannot drive it in the rain because it starts to leak a lot of water and I’m afraid it’s going to affect the wiring. I’ve spoken to John, Abdul, Annie and Sal. NONE of them have called me back and I’ve left many voicemails! Absolute poor customer service, poor communication and bad Management!

This is the seventh Mercedes purchased from the Midland dealership. The ownership has changed three times over the years. I have dealt with Frank Aranda on most of those purchases. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and is a gentleman to deal with.
