Good people, they are always fast and i love how they have so many options. If one policy doesnt fit my needs they find another that will. It saves me a headache and unnecessary stress. Plus the options to pay 6 months of insurance to an actual human is really comforting and they send you a letter in the mail when its almost time to renew your policy!

Rachael is very rude anytime I call! Very aggressive! Very unprofessional refuses to help answer any questions! Any issues regarding your company insurance she told me to call myself, when she is the agent!! All while yelling at you over the phone. Can’t wait till my contract is up! I’ve paid online to not even go up there and deal with her. Don’t waste your time it’s more of a headache to deal with people who hate their job. ? ?

I have been with this company for over 20 years with my mobile home insurance and this year I finally decided to change companies because I got much higher insurance at a better price. When I called to let them know that I was not going to be renewing my policy they would not even courteous enough to return my call to say thank you for the years of service or to find out why I was not renewing with them. My agent is brett and he has never bothered to call me. Very disappointing
