We have been using this pharmacy about 2 years when we first started they had a drive-thru service was good text notification was good pharmacist very helpful but since that time the drive thru has closed the text service is not good the prescriptions are not ready and require repeated visits. Staff seems indifferent. Folks were all busy and life is hard but let's take our job seriously. In most instances u are dealing with people that don't feel well some elderly and difficult to make several trips inside.

as bad as market street is ... blatantly... this the place is no better. management is the most inconsistent, one minute you're doing really well and the next minute an angry worker tells a lie on you and you get called in and you're screamed at by a supposed'christian' woman who lets other people do their thing...an employee who is just beloved because I guess she says what people in authority want to hear... was caught discounting an item for another employee and rumor had it she was going to get reprimanded and nothing. the store manager is a real good man but this good 'christian' woman picks a chooses what version of the truth she wants to tell him and he's kept in the dark and has no idea. this entire company reminds me of an old time mafia just no where near as organized. I feel sorry for the customers.

Been waiting on my BP prescription to be filled since Wednesday 1/4. I physically saw the dr send the prescription on his surface pro the day of my appointment. Followed up on Thursday for meds and told did not receive but received all the others so I contacted dr and he resent. Friday followed up and told they have not received anything. I contacted Dr and he resent and sent me proof showing he resent. Today is Saturday and I showed the pharmacy tech who would not allow me to talk to the pharmacist and would not give me her name in the drive through and could not see her name badge. Very rude and ugly and unprofessional. Hispanic girl. So much for having a convenient local pharmacy close to the house.

Severely understaffed. Watched a poor old man with an oxygen tank wait for over 30 minutes. People were leaving due to the wait, including myself, hire more workers.

Isabella in the pharmacy is super helpful, friendly, and especially willing to assist in the best prices for my medications!!! The pharmacist is just as wonderful!!

I have been a customer of the Andrews Hwy pharmacy over 40 years. They are horribly incompetent and rude since United took over. I will not be back!

The store is in so need of good help don't even bother with the deli they don't care. I have told the store manager more than once but nothing is done. I would not suggest ordering anything there they either lose the order or tell you you didn't make a order. I wish I could give it 0 stars

Went to pick up a prescription that I talked to a pharmacist about the night prior and was told it would be ready next day. When I got there nothing had been done even though I was there at 7 pm the previous night and went to pick up at 5 pm the next day. Then I was told it would be another hour. They had all day to make the script ready and the guy behind the counter didn't even care about my time wasted and seemed bothered in what he had to do. He said he just found out but the communication had been there since the night before

We like others awaited the arrival of United to the midland area. Since the I have continually disappointed, especially the frozen food section. On Midland drive location you can see water on the floor and a lot of front in the freezer. Twice now I have purchased ice cream only to get it home to find it all melted and refroze into an unusable condition. I would caution people to shop elsewhere and get useable product. The Midland Drive location is by far the worst.

While this store is not modern it is always clean and pretty well stocked and the employees are great.
