First and last time using this place. Talked to someone 2 times on the phone checking on status, last one being told it’ll be about 20 minutes. When I get there, the rx was out of stock. When I first called to ask the status, was told “well being that we opened 15 minutes ago, it’s not ready” didn’t appreciate the tone or the bad customer service. Our dr sent rx in the morning so I didn’t know it opened so late in the afternoon (1pm). Just frustrating entirely.

They’re always professional and have good prices. There’s a line sometimes but it’s not nearly as bad as cvs or Walmart.

Great pharmacy. All the employees are helpful and kind. They are also quick to refill. They helped me a lot when I changed insurance and was having a difficult time understanding my co pays.

This pharmacy got a call from my doctor 10 minutes before closing on Saturday for antibiotics for my elderly sister that I help take care of and they did not hesitate to get the meds ready for us. So thankful for such kind and caring people. It’s nice this day and time for a person to go the extra mile for another. Can’t say enough good about the awesome people that work there.Thanks again from the bottom of my heart!Peggy Swails.

My husband went to get his flu shot today. Our insurance would not cover it. It cost him $82.69 FOR A FLU SHOT! Walgreens & CVS both told me it would be approximately $40.00 for them. DO NOT GO TO UNITED FOR A FLU SHOT IF YOU HAVE NO INSURANCE!!

I ordered for street side pickup yesterday and the people were very friendly. I took my order home and discovered an issue. when I brought the issue to the store manager, she made it right and nade my day.

This United Pharmacy should not advertise Immunizations. I visited at 9 am on a Friday morning asking for a flu shot. I was the only customer at the pharmacy. Pharmacist tells me there are only two pharmacists working there currently and it will be over an hour wait. I should go some where else. Ok. I’ll do that and I’ll never come back to your business.
