The staff is great, super helpful and always very smiling and caring. Even when was raining and my boxes were outside they came and helped me with them. Always offer a water. Very recommend this place!

I searched several different storage facilities here in Midland. Affordable Storage has the best price and was really quick to set up the rental. The people were very professional and courteous. This is the second time that I have used this facility.

Being renting a storage unit for 10 months , to rent was super easy & friendly service ! The area is secure & clean. Lily is the manager & she helps with any issues & Brian also works there offered us water on a hot day while he was out checking the area. 10 out of 10

Great place to store your stuff I have an indoor and it is very well kept and climate controlled. Only bad thing is the timer for 30 min I forget and I'm in the middle ish area and when it shuts off it freaks me out cause I got to find my phone in the middle of the storage in complete darkness ? but other than that love it.

Affordable Self Storage in Midland refuses to reduce my rent on FIVE storage units to market value. They continuously lie and make up excuses why the "system" won't allow them to do it. I believe the REAL reason(s) is because I'm black and/or they are dishonest money stealing criminals!!!I am currently being overcharged (robbed), at least, $500 per month!!!!AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

Since having lots of different sizes there's a bus stop nearby it's in a good location easy to get to easy to get around in and so far the people that work there that I've met are very friendly. I would recommend this anybody.

Lady was very helpful and informative about units. 3 stars because I rented the unit and not two hours later went to cancel my rental and was not given a refund of either my rent or the insurance money. And I paid cash so there would have been no loss to the company.
