As in writing this I'm watching these guys drag their feet around the shop like their lost or something kept asking me what kind of oil i use. They said I was ready to go but I seen they never changed my air filter or fuel filters as asked. After all that took about a hour for a service.. never agin..

Service is slow rude and terrible at best. Long waits and staff looks like thugs . I do see it's typical Midland but come on guys dress your staff to where they look friendly. Pick combs in their hair and pants sagging?? Get a clue .

I've been here over an hour waiting for an oil change with 2 vehicles in front of me and they've had my truck in the shop for 20 minutes. I'll do my best to avoid this place in the future.
