LISTEN! This place IS the place to bring your Toyota! My first time in dealing with adjusters and collision places, it was such an amazing smooth experience. A plus is the quick turnaround time in repairing your vehicle!! I honestly was expecting at least 2 weeks to a month from what i was told it would take from other places i was considering.. from qoute to picking up after repairs was a week and half! Ms Jill is the boss there (husband wife and son team) shes a no b/s business lady when it comes to your vehicle but shes funny sassy and luv the way she and her husband collaborate and tbh... was the main reason i picked Advance Collision! besides their specialty in fixing Toyotas. I Was so happy with their work i started crying and asked if i can hug him and said yeah sure lol they fix any type and im glad they are here in midland!

This was the worst customer service I can recall receiving. I walked into this establishment to get a quote for my vehicle. The woman quickly mentioned that "it will be some weeks before my car can be worked on." I told the woman, "I am in not rush and would like to get an estimate of service still." The woman then asked me "Do you have the insurance estimate? As that is what they go off of." I told the woman "I am paying cash and do not have an insurance estimate." After she hesitated for another excuse, I happily told her "Not to worry and to have a nice day." I hope if you use this place, you receive better customer service than the quality I received told.

This guy went above and beyond. He kept his word and made my fj look brand new. Good service is hard to find out here so I will be using these guys again. They're good people who do great work .

Just called for a quote the receptionist said and i quote i have the parts but needed to be painted and installed "he wont work on your car because he cant make money off the parts if you brought them in" so they wont do work unless they can upcharge on getting you parts for you... rip off glad i didnt use this place!

Midland ice storms are far and few between, but when they come they are usually memorable. My Toyota certainly remembered Christmas 2015 storm. Just like most consumers I went to several collision shops for quotes to make the best decision for my wallet. Advance Collision is family owned by Glen and Jill and was competitively priced. They work on Toyota of Midland vehicles as well as City of Midland vehicles which resulted in a 6 week wait to get an appointment primarily due to the storm and the amount of vehicles they work on but it was worth the wait. I am a stickler on my vehicles for dings, scratches, and dents but the truck looks as if nothing has happened to it. The quality of work was exceptional with no paint run ons and Glen was able to even save a little off the original quoted amount which shows that they are not here to rip anyone off. Highly recommended for the exceptional quality of work and competitive pricing. Very satisfied, thank you Glen and Jill!
