My daughter who doesn’t know very much about cars went in to get help with her battery. Everything she stated indicated that her battery was dead. When she got there they told her that the battery was fine and that it was alternator that was bad and proceeded to try and sell her a 600.00 alternator when her alternator only costs between 100 and 200 dollars. They purposely attempted to take advantage of her because she was a woman. After leaving she went to autozone where they changed her battery and they even said her alternator was fine. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with a company that will lie and cheat just to make a small profit. Never again I will I ever use this company or recommend them to anyone.

I looked high and low for a battery terminal specific to my vehicle. Advance Auto parts had it while Walmart and AutoZone did not.

Great service. Quick to test battery. Great selection of Die Hard batteries to fit every application and budget. It's hard to find good service in Midland - this is one of the few places that has it.

?I only purchase car parts at the Andrews hwy location. They always take care of any problems and are very courteous. When a in warranty battery fails, they replace it with no hassle.

If I could get this place a superstar I would give them a superstar you order a part and you will not get the part when they supposed to get the part they will not even call you to let you know that the part has not even gotten here when they have told you that the party was going to be in the store at a certain hour they're very unprofessional that's why their parking lot is basically empty with no customers I would not send any of my friends to this door or recommend this door to anyone if you're going to go there and get a part mixture that they will get it and have it in time they make you drive far to pick up that part but they will not call you and and tell you they don't have that part in when they should have had it a day before I'm giving this store a one-star I would not give them anyting
