I’ve been with several storage companies before but midland lock storage has been by far the most efficient and economic one I have been with. They always have kept me informed about any changes and they are very understanding and helpful!!

Tha new manger of midland locl and key is tha perfect person for tha job . Always a pleasure to talk to alwayd smiling and very professional . right their if u need something. With that being said........................If tha owners would get electric on like it was before they bought it it would be very appreciated . With no lights in parking areas and no light inside.units Makes it kinda shady at night especially during rattlesnake season and tha huge black widow spiders that r hang out around units and being right on alley and walkers always walking thru at night. This can be fixed just true power back on . Thank u

I have been with this company for 16 years and have had not 1 complaint. They are under new management now but the transition has been very smooth and seems they have made a few adjustments that have made things even that much more doable.

10/10 Best services i’ve ever had when dealing with storage units. We didn’t have any complications with the staff or facility. Shelli was well organized and very helpful when dealing us and we appreciate the time she took to ensure us this was a good and safe place to leave our belongings.

LaDawnia Marie has truly been an inspiration to me and my family. On last year around this same time my baby boy was diagnosed with leukemia and the outpouring of prayers and texts from her had really lifted my spirit on this fight. I just want to say we thank you and appreciate you for every prayer and kind words you shared with us. Thanks ? you’re a special person ❤️

Midland lock storage is a great place to rent a storage unit from, the units are very clean and the service Is very helpful from the time u make The first call to see about availability to an questions you my have like Making a payment. I moved out of state and needed a lace to store my stuff until I get back and they have been very helpful.... thank you midland lock storage.

So much happier with Midland Lock Storage than I was with any other company in town! Prices are more than fair, surveillance is honest to God actively monitored by management on sitersite than just passively available to double check issues remotely (love that), and Abby is always polite and helpful as can be. She's a busy lady, but she's thorough, fair, and willing to help if you with any reasonable request. Not going anywhere else for storage in this town!

I had great experience the at this storage facility very clean appearance inside and out. The office was very beautiful decorated inside and the manager Lacee was very helpful and helping me find a unit that fits my needs. I highly recommend!!!

Lacee has been very helpful in helping me get a couple of units. She is very pleasant and is also in a wonderful mood all in time. I love just sitting down and talking with her. If u need a storage unit your best bet is to going to Modland Lock Storage and see Lacee. Thanks for everything u did for me.
