Horrible customer service, the two girls were sitting at the table playing on their phones, when my husband went to pay our phone bill he was treated poorly so I had to get out of bed, not feeling good just to go up there, just to get turned around over 3 dollars, just to come back, this was just horrible and stressful

I had a cricket account before the girl behind the counter was even born but today I almost cancelled it and went somewhere else. Actually that outcome is still pending. What a completely lifeless,unhelpful, unknowledgeable,useless employee you hired to represent your store that I will never spend another dollar in. My God, you'd be better off with a kiosk. This employee does nothing to upsell any of your products,doesn't know or just doesn't want to give you any info on the display phones. Furthermore none of the phones were even turned on so I could find the info for myself and this was well after 2pm. No greeting. No thank you for dropping your cash at our store or even a goodbye. Just sitting behind the counter plugging a bag of chips into her unhappy face. Never again. Good luck with your poor hiring skills and you can save your standard "we strive" & "sorry you didn't receive top notch customer service" reply. In the end ,your business is what it effects the most. Ever heard of a mystery shopper? Well you might put some thoughts into one. I'll be taking my money to the Palestine store from here on out. Good riddance.

I couldn't get completed what I called for so I had to go to the Cricket store to get my business done I ended up spending more for the phone that I was trying to buy on line

Guess we should have called after driving 40 miles but at 5pm, they were closed. Sign states 8pm is when they closed, went back twice still closed. Just put a courtesy sign on door or something...... will try again soon. Cricket is a great phone service though and cheap!Update: went back next day, great service and help from a girl with a name that started with a "V" I think.They had Thier carpet shampooed the prior day.Cricket is a great phone service!

Walk I not greeted with smiles ever they do not acknowledge when you talk to them they are very unhelpful. It's like pulling teeth to get info... now one Spanish girl was very helpful still needs to work on friendliness but wA helpful and got our phones hooked up. While there I heard people ask questions to other employees and it would be a yes or no without going into detail like ..but we can do this or try that it was pathetic
