Thorough and quick! I came in with a low tire in the pouring rain. They got right to it and made sure my tire light was off before I left. Bonus points for not moving my seat or mirrors!!

I got a tire and 2 weeks later I got a flat so I took it back so they could look at it, and told me the tire was bad, for riding on it flat which I didn’t drive on it much, just the little time it took me to pull over, and clynt looked at the tire and said I had a bad tire and told me not to worry because tire was under warranty, I ended up gettin a free tire, not once was anyone there rude, all the p&p members there are polite and respectful

Had a 4 wheel alignment done on my car here yesterday. They were very polite and professional yet friendly in a way that you would find at a small town business. The price was about $25 more than in waco but I was already headed towards Mexia, plus the ppl in waco take forever and are usually kinda rude.
