I've come to this location in town east mall twice before and there is always a issue with a employee from this place .I've seen so many customers leave due to their ungodly waiting time, I dont recommend spending your money here as they are not as attentive to all customers.

Came to pick up an order (mesquite) and this lady that works here was with a customer for over 30min then finally decides to say “we’ll be right with you” with an attitude. Very frustrating and very unprofessional people working here plus they very slow at what they do from what I saw. Never purchasing here ever again.

I'm at Zales Towneast mall Mesquite tx and I met the best customer service personnel. Ms. Thea Navaja is amazing had issues with online order. Plus I was picking up a gift she made everything great and fixed my problem and concerns. Now my day is happy ?. Go see her when you are interested in making a purchase.
