Horrible experience, I don't recommend it for Nada. I tried on a dress and went outside to show it to my boyfriend *and they took my pants that I was wearing* and when I asked about it, the one who is there in the fitting room simply, instead of helping me, told me you have I had to go ask in front with a bad attitude, and how am I going to go ask in front if I didn't have pants and it took them 20 minutes to take them. I don't recommend it at all??

If you buy a dress you don't measure it correctly, they won't change it even if you ask them for credit. They are not accessible at all

Bad experience, the girl named YURI served me and charged me twice for the dress she stole from me. I went and complained to her and she only told me to contact customer service. The worst of all is Latin people stealing from Latin people. What a shame I don't recommend the store for people like me. this

My daughter bought shoes from Windsor at Town East Mall and one shoe was bigger than the other. So of course the day we go to return the shoes, a shooting occurs at Town East Mall on tax free weekend. So now, the store won't even do a credit or exchange with a receipt. Customer service does not exist here.

Staff made my wife and I incredibly uncomfortable just trying in clothes. Standing over watching my wife change clothes. Very uneasy and disrespectful of someone’s privacy.

Lady was rude when I tried to do a return I had barkey got it the day before and she said I couldn't only do an exchange paid $40 for a stained dress
