I don't understand why they force people to use the drive-thru and then turn around and use the newest person in the building to do the transactions. I understand new people need experience too, but put them on a register inside maybe?? The drive-thru is supposed to be for people who need to get in and out quickly.
It's such bad service to have to wait 45 minutes in drive-thru for 2 people in front of you and no way out because other people are blocking you in.
Train?your?people?inside? first? also train your people how to do simple math. If a person asks for $20 in fives, I don't want a $20 bill. I want $20 in fives. Giving big bills back for change... seriously what...

This location has gone to the pits. Have went there several times and the atms are always down. Put my card in and it kept my card for a while. Told the associate that works there and she told me I would have to wait until 9 when they open. Finally I got my card back.
It use to be a good bank but not any more.

I moved to Mesquite Texas in December 2021 and opened a new account at Wells Fargo bank at that time. However, my main banking was done with Capital One.Not pleased with the service from Capitol One I moved approximately $18,000 into a savings account with Wells Fargo.Yesterday I went to your Town East location and was warmly greeted by Jessica who assisted me with a direct deposit form. It was my decision to move my direct deposit from Capital One to Wells Fargo. Jessica has often served me and has always been very pleasant. She has a great sense of humor, always smiles, and makes me feel like I’ve been a customer for 20 years. I spent all morning at this branch. The teller was very unhelpful as well as the manager who was very short and did not assist in any meaningful way. I noticed that the teller seemed to delight in denying me the funds that were deservedly mine.

This location is the worst. I deposited a cashier's check, funds should be available same day or next day but they delayed it. The cashier check was paid in cash, it did not come out of a bank account. Funds are there, no excuse of why there is a hold.

this location is trash to say the least and Courtesy is not what they live by. Had a fraud rep on the phone to verify me was told to go to the branch spoke with branch manager Downny who didn't even listen to anything I said just kept saying to make an opointment when all they had to do was verify my ID for a 10k wire transfer. Did not want to do it I drove and stayed on the phone and in Garland off George Bush was able to get help just by walking in and showing my ID with no problem. Mesquite do better! You should not need an appointment to verify a ID . Customer service goes a long way just remember this is our money and not yours!!!
