“My friend and I are not giving up our Blue Bell Ice Cream. I don't know what started this recall, but I have two half gallons in my freezer and my friend has some. Her extended family has been eating Blue Bell without knowing about the recall, and they are alive and well. There is a Q location on the bottom of each carton. My friend and I had eaten some too, and we too are alive and well. Barbara Olsen”

“I believe this place is getting a bum rap concerning reviews. I noticed this trend in google reviews space. If someone in most cases not all, gives a negative review, then next person tends to follow suit no matter how minor their experience may have been. As a former retired Soldier, I will offer this perspective. Be a leader not a follower. Be the head and not the tail. Form your own opinion and apply it to each situation and every situation is not the same. If credit is due, then give credit, and if someone falls short of expectations, tell them how they can do better. My experience has been pleasant, even the person that checked me in over the phone was very polite and professional, yes sir and no sir. Well done Hayes Retail Services!
