Busy location but y’all need to HIRE PEOPLE FOR THE PHARMACY ASAP! Literally could not be slower! Minimum 35 mins EVERY TIME is ridiculous!

If I could rate this experience, it would be a zero. I've been waiting for my prescriptions for a week or two without any updates. Normally, I get my prescriptions filled at Kroger, but since they don't contract with Cigna, my prescriptions were sent to Walgreens in Mesquite without my knowledge. Despite not receiving any notification from Walgreens, I had to take time off work to inquire at my doctor's office. After finally contacting Walgreens, they informed me of the prescriptions ready for pickup, including one costing $300. It's crucial for pharmacies to inform patients of potential out-of-pocket expenses before filling prescriptions. When I requested to remove the expensive prescription and get a new total, the representative incompetently deleted my original order, causing further delay. Now, due to this error, I'm left without necessary medication because of my insurance transition. Despite requesting to speak with a manager, I was put on hold and told the manager was unavailable. This negligence has severely impacted my health, and I am extremely frustrated with the situation. I will be filing a complaint higher regarding this matter

I went there for the rapid COVID/flu test. I already have insurance and a doctor's office to go to. Their results in 30 mins turns into "You'll get the results at the close of business". They didn't even ask my name. That means no one's tests had been processed. I don't trust that my results are even mine now. Who knows?! They will need to refine this process and earn my trust back if they want to capitalize on the rapid testing.

The associates that work at this location are always helpful and friendly. They get some characters and have to deal with a lot of verbal abuse and threats but always remain calm and professional.

Very poor management ? ? the manager Tracie made me feel like i was trying to scam them when i had my 3rd return in 15 years shopping at this location. No wonder they have a 2 star rating on Google.

Only 1 register open even though there's a line. Pharmacy tech was nice but I ended up staying for almost an hour AFTER checking in just to have my flu shot appointment cancelled cause of "unknown insurance issue.

The pharmacy employees are so rude at this pharmacy!! In order to pick up a prescription you must give your name, date of birth, address, and the last four numbers of your phone number. if you pay with a credit card the credit card has your name on it, so why do they need all of this information just to pick up prescriptions? There is a lot of bullying going on at this store. When I questioned Jordan the store clerk, she went and got her pharmacist on duty, who told me if you want the medicine, you have to give me the information, and then they all started laughing at me.i do not like to talk that much especially to people I don’t know. This is quite a bit much. Walgreens!!

I was an former employee at Walgreens 22 years ago, I was laid off because of another coworker mistake, but y'all knew that already right!? What happened it's not 24 hours anymore? I see they got rid of the overnight shifts! Well it's been great writing my little summery!

The staff is very unprofessional towards cuatomers. I made a purchase at the register Friday 3/24 around 6:18 PM and paid cash then as i had paid i decided to get something from the coolers they have near the registers and the hispanic lady that was checking me out sighed really lout with an attitude tone, i would think they would want cuatomers to spend more: the i was going yo make a purchase later that day and was going to buy a $14 pack of nails and ahe said she couldnt sell it, they are not pulling out the product that they need to be pulling off shelves and then cuatomers wanna purchase them and they won’t sell them. When things are supposed to be pulled off shelves they need to be pulling them out instead of just waiting for someone to try to buy them and telling customers they are no longer ringing up and cant be sold anymore. Is there a District Manager that is in charge of this store or are they also not doing their job???? Corporate please get on this i will message the DM as soon as i can to make them aware of this.

Manager was completely unprofessional and rude. I asked for her name and she refused. She followed me out to the parking lot and she opened my car door and threatened me. I called 911 and the police arrived and an incident report was made.
