Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I've been using this pharmacy for years yet they still cancel my prescription requests without notifying me of why. They refuse to process a prescription they have refilled maybe a hundred times for me. They will not notify you of a problem. They will not contact your doctor. They will simply cancel what you NEED and not care what happens without your medication. Even when your doctor speaks to them they will find some way to mess up your prescriptions. Do not use this pharmacy. Pick any other one. Just not this one.oh and if you have seizures definitely stay away cuz they won't care of you go into a grand maul seizure.

Not only did I have to wait in line for 20 minutes for my one bag of candy, but the bag of candy ended up being expired in November of 2022!!! There goes my 20 bucks bag of candy that I waited in line for 20 minutes. All that went in the trash! I'm so done with this Walgreens.

Check your credit card statement for double charging on curbside orders. It's happened to me the past 2 times I have ordered. The explanation was I'm getting checked out on the handheld and to clear it form the computer in the back the check out button was being pushed to clear the order. Not happy!

THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE! BAD REPRESENTATION FOR THE WALGREENS CHAIN!! So, I pop into the local Walgreens serving the Mesquite, TX area near my job. It's eerily quiet, with little foot traffic. I'm thinking this is great, because I can pickup a few snacks before heading back to from after my lunch hour. WRONG! First, is the staff. I approach a female staff member to ask a question regarding a location of an item, and she literally is like running away to the back, immediately saying, we don't stock that item! Well, as I turn to my right I find there is an entire display of items I asked for. Shaking my head, I pickup my items and head to the counter. Now, this is where it gets interesting. No one is in the store expect these two Walgreens staff. One at the register, the other in what I assume, making some sort of purchase. They were joking, winking at each other, laughing, and most importantly, SLOW! I know they could see my urgency, but the more I waited, the slower they were. The cashier appeared to scan little candies and total them, one at a time. The other worker had some weird card he was using to make several little transactions. Around 10-15 minutes passed!!! I was so angry, but nothing kicked in for them to even care. I won't visit again!

The staff is very nice and helpful. They seem very overworked! However, the pharmacy never seems to have the medications and end up having to wait a substantial amount of time for them. Perhaps Walgreens needs to look at their distribution, etc and this was a problem pre-Covid as well.

Terrible user interface for their online ordering system both on the app and online, you set your scripts for auto-fill and delivery and they don't get filled or shipped. Then the pharmacist is rude and unfriendly when you have to go out of your way to come by the store and pick them up when they whole reason you have them set up for delivery is so you can avoid having to deal with going through the pharmacy line. The pharmacist shoved my scripts in the window, slammed the door shut and just walked off, not a thank you, not a sorry for the confusion or inconvenience. I was going to ask her what I could do to avoid this issue in the future but she decided our transaction was done and never returned to the window. Just bad, all the way around.
