Hours: Vista Crossing is a quaint and lovely bustling little shopping center with several store and food options. It includes El Rio Grande, a Mexican/Latin grocery store with an excellent selection of meats, including already marinated chicken, rib meat, and fajita meat. They have great fresh tortillas, still warm from the box. The food is amazing and delicious, such as the barbacoa and meatball potato plate with rice and beans. Some items can be a little pricey, but they are on par with Walmart and cheaper than La Michocana. The staff is extremely kind and the owner goes above and beyond, delivering excellent customer service. The location is very straightforward, quick, and super convenient with great availability.
